“Thrift wedding dress makeover" Part V the final result

🇬🇧The final result:

During this wedding project I have learn a lot.

From a fitted bodice, an open heart-shaped back, a semi-cathedral train(extends approximately 5 to 6 feet behind the gown), leg of mutton sleeves (wide at the shoulder and tapered down to the wrist), a lace trim, pearls and sequins everywhere TO a fitted bodice, an A- silhouette satin skirt with an elastic band, t-shirt satin sleeves, a open-backed elegant dress.

Expenses:

Fabric: Satin 30 € *4 m (1,5m being used) + muslin 20€* 2m

Dress 30 €

2 * Fil = 2*8€ = 16€

Elastic band 2€

27/10 purchase of the dress

14/11 purchase of the fabric

27/10 1st fitting

28/11 2nd fitting

6/12 3d fitting

8/12 the Wedding day

80% satisfaction with my work.

Of course, there are quite a few flaws in the dress, one week more and the dress would be exactly what I imagined.

Nevertheless it has been long time that I haven’t felt the satisfaction of a work well done. There is one part of the dress that I had to do over and over again, a dozen times later it turned out - perfect. It was really with the efforts.

🇷🇺Итак, хотелось бы подвести итог.

Свадебный проект длился чуть больше месяца и за это время я многому научилась.

Затраты:

Платье : 30

Ткань: сатин 30 *2 метра + муслин 19 * 2 метра

2 бобина ниток за 18 евро

Сроки :

27/10 покупка платья

14/11 приобретение ткани

27/10 1ая примерка

28/11 2ая примерка

6/12 3ая примерка

8/12 день Росписи

80 % удовлетворенность своей работы.

Конечно же, есть немаленькие недочеты в платье, еще бы неделю и оно было бы именно таким каким я себе его представляла.

Но, что я вкусила, так это кайф, когда я впервые почувствовала полное удовлетворение от своей работы. Есть одна часть платья, которую я переделывала десяток раз и на одиннадцатый раз она получилась - идеальной. Вот это стоит многого….
