How to change a light bulb in a sewing machine ?
You will need: - a light 💡bulb - a 🗡screwdriver - 🧠! To replace a light bulb in sewing machine is needed open up a front cover. Sometimes you just need to pull the cover to opening it, as a door.
If your sewing machine has an universal bayonet of cap a light bulb to remove this light bulb you need to press it up slightly and turn it lightly. The light bulb comes freely from socle. 🔺🔺🔺Note: Before you start changing of burned light bulb, you need to unplug your sewing machine from the mains
Obvious, huh ? Not to 🤦🏻♀️me
I was very optimistic to think that I would had my skirt ready the next day when I have decided to change a bulb 💡in my sewing machine.
It could have been done at the shop where I bought my babe, but it is pretty heavy and the idea of taking it with me early in the morning in a train filled with people was making me 🤯 .
Little thing I knew that I would go there anyway. “It should be easy” - I thought, “I can do it myself”- oh, boy, I was so wrong.
I have found a video on Youtube on how to change 💡 and till I got to watch it till the end I have started to 🛠. The next thing I remember was me checking the plugs as I have no lights at home. Imagining how much would I have to pay to an electrician😰....
Yup, I know know ... do once and think twice🤦🏻♀️ that’s why for a week I was chilling, spending time hand sewing and figuring out how a dress form can be used. Bref, I hand sewn the skirt and few hours after my shiny and repaired machine got back home my skirt was ready.
I like the feeling of a satin fabric on the body. It flows and shines during the day, however stains/ imperfections are easily spotted, so underwear should be chosen wisely @ Paris, France
